What is the minimum order quantity?
Share the quantity you are planning, whether it is a new launch or a repeat collection. Andrew can check which constructions and finishes fit that order. Minimum quantities are confirmed for the specific box, size, paper and finishing.
Can I check a sample before the full order?
Yes—see how your product sits inside, feel the paper and try the opening before you approve production. It is your chance to refine the details with something tangible. Andrew will confirm the sample cost and timing for your design.
How long will my order take?
Working towards a launch or gifting date? Tell Andrew your target arrival date at the start. We can review sampling, approvals, production and shipping as one schedule, then confirm timing against your design and quantity.
Can the box be used for shipping?
We can plan the presentation and the journey together. Tell us whether the product will be handed over in store, shipped individually or packed in bulk, so we can review the box, inserts and any outer shipping protection for that use.
